A pleasure to deal with this company, great prices and wonderful service from start to finish, ordered twice in the last 8 weeks, one little issue that was quickly resolved satisfactorily, brilliant customer service and delivery was excellent kept updated every step of the process, highly recommended.

We bought a bed from this company recently which we are very happy with.

However, I always think that what separates a great company from an average one is the customer service. This company really excelled in their customer service when dealing with an issue we had with the bed. They communicated really effectively and did everything they said they were going to do. We would definitely buy again from them as we now have high confidence in them.

I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. The trundle divan is amazing. Great quality at a great price. Delivered in 4 days by 2 very polite friendly young men. Thankyou guys you were both great. Thankyou also Divan bed centre. I will be recommending you to everyone.

Just wanted to say thank you for all your help and excellent service. Our bed arrived today, in terrible weather, but the drivers were brilliant and friendly, and handled our delivery with care. Our bed was so easy to put together and is soooo comfortable. Really glad I found your web site.

Ordered a windsor zip and link bed received excellent service and a query i had was answered swiftly by the sales team everything was top notch service and a quick delivery.

This is our 3rd purchase with this company and I cannot rate it enough, the beds are very high quality and the mattress is just a dream. Amazing service from placing the order to receiving the beds, staff are friendly and always on hand to answer any questions. Do not hesitate to buy from here they are the best around.

Our bed was delivered quickly but unfortunately arrived damaged in transit. The company responded to all my email incredibly quickly each time, mostly within minutes!!!!!!! And sometimes it was early morning or late at night!!!!!- and organised it be picked up. They offered either replacement or full refund. I opted for latter and pleased to say its arrived back in my account in full. Very pleased with customer service by email.

We bought 2 zip and link 6ft6in long, Grey Linen, padded with silver gliders and matching headboards.... Excellent....Good Customer Service, great delivery and very nice beds....They feel and look brilliant....We are very happy..

I ordered zip and link mattresses which were on offer. I wanted delivery to a ‘remote’ postcode so checked that this was possible, yes for a reasonable cost especially when mattresses already discounted. Delivery date was much quicker than expected, notification of delivery time was prompt and accurate, couriers called in advance. I’m very happy with the service and quality of mattresses delivered. Thank you.

After a bit of misunderstanding with customer service one of the Company Directors stepped in to personally sort out the problem. This was done promptly and to my satisfaction and is the sign of a company that does care about it's customers. Given the successful resolution which had that personal touch I would recommend them.

We needed a zip and link base and mattresses urgently - in 4 days, and on a Saturday! I phoned and explained the situation and received a call back. I was able to choose bed firmness, colour of base etc. Very helpful and had confirmation that bed would be delivered, when required. I was on tender hooks all week, but bed was delivered as promised by 2 very polite and courteous drivers. An absolute fantastic experience, great product delivered with great customer service. Absolutely horrible customer service. I was looking at buying a set of beds for our spare room and called to try and find out the height of the beds. I spoke to someone who was extremely rude when I was only asking a very simple question. I will not be shopping with them as I can only imagine what service I would get with a complicated issue!

My order has just been delivered single divan , with lift up bed underneath . Seems quite comfortable . It arrived on date and time I was told it would , no fuss , kept well informed by courier company . All seems ok , am very happy with this bed for price I paid . Can’t fault anything about the service . Thank you
